Jungle Trips
Cacao Inmersion
Discover the heart of the Mayan jungle as you explore the art of Cacao production surrounded by stunning nature in Chiapas.
We will trek through local forests to witness the great diversity of the flora and fauna of the Lacandon jungle. This experience is designed to renew our appreciation for nature by acknowledging ourselves as part of it. Thus, we will celebrate the great cacao harvest with the Earth.

We invite you to participate in the rituals of the harvest while learning more about cacao, indigenous to Mexico, where our people have grown and consumed cacao for thousands of years.

Experience the origins of cacao by seeing cacao pods grown in the jungle, harvested by the families who have cared for the land for generations, see the traditional collection methods and natural fermentation process as well as learn how we transform from raw cacao into fine chocolate.

Taking time to enjoy both the simple stillness of being in nature as well as adventure activities such as exploring archeology sites, kayaking stunning rivers and swimming in stunning natural blue pools as we return to our roots.
